We believe deep engagement is the key to increasing employee retention and longevity with our organization.  Using mySporty as the basis for all internal communications helps us keep team members coming back to the app for social posts, interaction between team members, sending and receiving recognition, and cashing in points for prizes.   Quarterly surveys enable us to do fun and informal check-ins while quizzes help us enforce microlearning topics. 

​Prior to mySporty, we relied on each store manager to keep team members engaged and connected.  Some managers are really good at this and some are not.  Now, mySporty can help reinforce our corporate messaging and keep TM's connected to larger organization.
